Shipping Policy
At the moment, we offer shipping through Reptile Express with FedEx to provinces outside of Ontario and out of the city of Ottawa.
Shipments are available every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for next day delivery to your door or closest FedEx center.
Return & Exchange Policy
This warranty is established between Reptic Republic and the buyer. We are committed to being available for any questions or support our clients may need for the lifetime of their reptiles and beyond. If you have any concerns or inquiries, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 2 weeks of purchase.

Health Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and established eaters. We ensure that all animals sold are free from health issues at the time of sale. -
Gender Identification
Although we make every effort to accurately sex our animals, we cannot guarantee a 100% certainty on the animal's gender. -
Complaint Requirements
Any complaints must be accompanied by an explanation and visuals to analyze the issue. -
Obligation to Review Care Information
To benefit from this warranty, customers are required to review our care sheets, information guides, and adhere to the policy they consented to during any purchase. -
Independent Research
While we encourage independent research from reliable sources, Reptic Republic is not responsible for unverified or unprofessional online information. Our mission is to inform our customers through vetted, accurate information. -
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a reptile if we detect dishonesty, disrespect, or behaviour that may indicate an unsuitable environment for the animal. Our priority is the well-being of our animals.
CONDITIONS TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH INSURANCE

Agreement to Terms
To be eligible for the health warranty, the buyer must agree to the terms outlined in our Health Insurance Form and Contract Form at the time of reservation or purchase. -
Professional Diagnosis Requirement
For any refund requests, the buyer must provide documented proof of a diagnosis from a licensed professional, and must agree to all conditions outlined in the Health Insurance Form and Contract Form when reserving or purchasing the reptile. -
Care Requirements
To maintain the health warranty of reptiles and amphibians, the buyer must ensure the reptile is not bred, does not become overweight or underweight, is protected from injury or abuse, and is kept in a suitable environment with appropriate food. The buyer acknowledges these care requirements in the Health Insurance Form and Contract Form at the time of reservation or purchase. -
No Breeding Policy
For the reptile's health and to uphold the contract terms, reptiles from Reptic Republic are not sold for breeding purposes. Engaging in breeding voids the health warranty and may result in further consequences. -
Fish and Crustaceans do not go under our return and exchange warranty, unless dead or sick upon arrival.
