Powder orange isopods are a stunning color morph of the Porcellio laevis species. They are perfect for bioactive setups and are great for breaking down organic matter.

- Appearance: These isopods are vibrant orange and grow to about 1 inch in size.
- Behavior: Peaceful and social, powder orange isopods do well in groups. They help break down organic matter in terrariums.
- Husbandry: Require plenty of cork and leaf litter.Provide a moist, well-ventilated terrarium with a temperature range of 70–75°F and humidity of 70–90%. Use leaf litter, bark, and decaying wood for substrate.
- Diet: They feed on decaying plant matter and organic debris. But can also be fed additional food if kept as pet, such as fish flakes, dried fish, Pangaea food and more. Also need calcium supplements such as cuttlebone, is necessary to ensure healthy exoskeleton growth.
