Bucephalandra Brownie is a unique and visually striking species of Bucephalandra, known for its dark, glossy leaves and beautiful coloration. This plant adds an exotic touch to aquariums, with its compact size and low-maintenance care requirements, making it a favorite among aquascapers.

- Appearance: Bucephalandra Brownie features dark green to brownish leaves with a glossy, almost metallic finish. The plant grows in small clusters and typically reaches a height of 2–4 inches, making it perfect for foreground or midground placement in the aquarium.
- Behavior: It is a slow-growing plant that is well-suited to low to moderate lighting. Bucephalandra Brownie thrives when attached to rocks, driftwood, or other hard surfaces. It can also grow submerged or emersed but prefers being fully submerged in the aquarium.
- Husbandry: Bucephalandra Brownie prefers temperatures between 72–82°F and a pH range of 6.0–7.5. It thrives in aquariums with low to moderate lighting and benefits from CO2 supplementation, though it can also do well without it.
